Mike's seventeen years in real estate have been marked by innovation and success.  In 1996, Mike and his team closed 459 transactions, more than any RE/MAX agent worldwide.  And that was just a start.  To date, Mike has been involved in over 3,500 real estate transactions.  
 
Innovative ideas such as free home repair and interior decorating services, and the popular Smart Seller program proved to be important stepping stones in achieving one of the overriding goals of The Gustus Group -- developing clients for life.

Marika Gustus
Marketing Executive

Marika has an extensive background in sales, marketing and management in the lease finance industry. In 1993, she began her new career in real estate working as a sales associate with Mike. When they began to build their team,  she quickly jumped into the role of office co-ordinator/manager, setting up team management systems and client services. She currently over-sees the marketing and promotion systems and produces all client mailers and Home Reports.

Kevin Summach
Sales Associate

Kevin comes to The Gustus Group with over 20 years of sales experience.  Before joining the team Kevin successfully ran his own business, servicing hundreds of satisfied accounts across Saskatchewan.  His past real estate experience includes new home sales, residential sales, condominiums, townhouses and home renovations.  His experience and infectious spirit set the tone for creating a positive real estate transaction.
