I worked with The Gustus Group from July 2010 until December 2011. What attracted me to the Group initially was that I would not be working alone but with a team of people that were a true support system. Sales staff that I could discuss real estate with and not have any worries about client stealing or undercutting, etc. Admin staff that offered full support and collaboration. The stress and worry of making the monthly fee payments was taken away as well and that was a welcome relief. I was able to concentrate on looking after my existing clients and work with the Group to build the team.
The first year saw many changes and growth within The Gustus Group. The number of clients increased through the lead generation system and I was able to meet my 2011 sales goal before the end of June. During that time the sales team grew from two partners to six.
